Documented career record

A 2009 Las Vegas Sands announcement described Ader's prior senior managing director work at Bear Stearns, his 2003 founding of Hayground Cove, and nine successive years of Institutional Investor research-team recognition. The same announcement reported three successive years of first-place recognition in gaming and lodging/hospitality research.

He served as an independent director of Las Vegas Sands from 2009 through 2016. A 2021 prospectus identified him as chairman and chief executive of 26 Capital Acquisition Corp. These are dated historical descriptions, not claims that former roles continue today.
